Cette p\u00e9riode peut aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 douze (12) mois.   sont admis en stage de pr\u00e9-embauche pour une dur\u00e9e pouvant aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 douze (12) Professionnel (BP) Banque<\/h3><p class=\"elementor-image-box-description\">Pour les agents d\u2019ex\u00e9cution, il existe diverses offres de formations dipl\u00f4mantes aupr\u00e8s d\u2019organismes agr\u00e9\u00e9s. \n\n<br><b style=\"text-align:center;\"><u>Le CAP-Banque<\/u><\/b><br>\nLe parrainage des agents inscrits au programme de Certificat d\u2019Aptitude Professionnelle (CAP) vise \u00e0 les doter de comp\u00e9tences et d\u2019une qualification sur les fondamentaux des m\u00e9tiers de la Banque. \nIl concerne les agents recrut\u00e9s avec un faible niveau de qualification ou dans d\u2019autres fonctions d\u2019ex\u00e9cution. \n\n<br><b style=\"text-align:center;\"><u>Le BP-Banque<\/u><\/b><br>\n<p>Le programme d\u2019accompagnement au Brevet Professionnel Banque concerne les agents \u00e9ligibles aux fonctions d\u2019agents d\u2019encadrement moyen qui sont inscrits dans le cursus de Brevet Professionnel pour les titulaires du CAP Banque.  \nCe programme permet de doter les apprenants des comp\u00e9tences de base sur l\u2019analyse financi\u00e8re, les techniques bancaires, l\u2019\u00e9conomie bancaire et mon\u00e9taire, les march\u00e9s de capitaux et les op\u00e9rations bancaires avec l'\u00e9tranger.\nCes deux programmes ont pour but d\u2019accompagner les agents dans leurs projets professionnels en coh\u00e9rence avec les opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019emplois disponibles en interne.
